MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
We want to assure you that at Myles Staunton & Co. Solicitors we are aware of our social responsibility in stopping the spread of Covid-19 and are following all HSE guidelines at this time. In this regard, we have put in place some procedures in order to minimise the risk of exposure in our workplace for both our team and for all clients attending at our office.
VIRTUAL MEETINGS
In order to minimise contact, we are operating a full and comprehensive and secure service via Microsoft Teams where we hold virtual meetings continuously on a daily basis. If you require a virtual consultation, please forward your email address to info@mstaunton.com and we will start the process by sending you a Teams invite.
PHYSICAL MEETINGS (ONLY WHERE NECESSARY)
In the event that a virtual meeting is not possible and a physical meeting is necessary, we have put in place the following procedures:
1. When inside the premises, we will provide you with a standard form to be filled in relating to Covid-19.
2. We have provided hand sanitiser stations in the reception area and throughout the office and ask that you please sanitise your hands on arrival and after touching surfaces. Face masks are also available to you and are located at the hand sanitiser stations.
3. We ask that clients abide by social distancing guidelines and in accordance with current national guidelines keep a 2 metre distance between yourself and any staff member.
5. In the case you have had any of the following symptoms listed below, we ask that you phone our office on 098 56806 in advance of your appointment and reschedule for a later date:
· If you have had a cough, shortness of breath or fever in the past week;
· If you have had any other symptoms of infection i.e. a cold or flu in the past week;
· If you have been exposed to anyone with a known or suspected corona virus infection.
